HOW CAN WE ADD TO OR STREGTHEN THIS AREA?
While opportunities exist for professional development, a plan is not in place to identify which opportunities should be pursued or what additional opportunities should be added, based upon an individual's job description. Through the employee evaluation process, professional development plans can be discussed and developed. Employee evaluations have been hit and miss. Not everyone receives an evaluation and it has not been done consistently every year.
